June 12-18- is summer coming yet?

Seattle "Summer" approaching- it is so predictable.  It seems like here in Seattle (where summer comes after July 4th), each June- at the beginning of June, we get a small taste of what summer is like.  This is quite a tease and it is usually coupled with photos and reports of people elsewhere in the US barbecuing, going to the beach and otherwise having fun in the warmth and sun.  We get a small dose and that usually follows by some rain and 60 degree days.  Most of these photos are from that first taste of summer before the rain and cold comes for the rest of June and early July.
