January 8-14: second week of my new adventure

This week introduced the crows- I started seeing crows perched everywhere.  There is also the mystery bird.  I still have no idea how that photograph happened.

1/13/14- the crow

This week also marks the first of my photographs that  I can find of the boat launch.  Over time, I have had fun playing with the placement of the three docks that head down to the water at Magnuson Park.   This silvery shot is unusual compared to what I did later with the docks and sunrise, clouds and shadows. I love walking down those docks and listening to the water lap along side them.  Also, looking at this early dock photograph from my perspective in June, it is so interesting to see how far south the morning sun was at that time.  Now, I aim my camera almost 180 degrees from that angle to catch the morning sun!
